Weight is still the same....eerr!
Try your measurements sometimes the inches are falling even if the scale isn't! Keep it up I'm sure the scale will catch up!!!!0 -
I guess the frustration was silly..... Scale read 195.5 this morning, which since it is the new scale is pretty good for me. Thanks for the support.
Challenge results:
Water met everyday
Exercise- approx. 30-45min a day except for Monday my rest day
Calories under all except for Monday
Pretty okay with me for being so sick this week.

Rough week. Missed 2 days of exercise due to injury, which contributed to one day over on calories. Was able to do a little today so should be good for the rest of the month.
Current weight: 137.5 (half lb down from last week)
Water: Met or exceeded 7 days
Under calories: 6 days
Exercise: Met or exceeded 45 minutes 4 days (1 rest day, 2 injury days)

Dinner calories last night were extreme but, being under goal everyday helped. I always use net calories weekly and I still have 2 days left to reconcile :-)
There's a possibility that after today, I won't be able to post to MFP for a day or two. Hurricane's coming and the power may go out.
I think I may have lost about half a pound this week, but yesterday and today I've had water and coffee before I even thought about getting on the scale. So I'm going with weight remained the same.

Did okay this week challenge wise.
Mon.- 1468/1684 calories, 25 mins C25k (160 calroies burned) 20 mins. Zumba (158 calories burned), 8 cups water
Tues- 1089/1200 calories, 0 mins exercise, 5 cups water (didnt have a very good day) I attempted UFC Trainer on the kinect but had to stop because I got stuf and literally though I was going to throw up, that game is intense!
Wed- 1722/1875 calories, 45 mins Zumba (355 calories) 40 mins C25k ( 320 calories ), 9 cups water
Thur.- 1364/1636 calories, Zumba 10 mins (79 calories) 15 mins.Stretching (46 calories) 15 mins calisthenics (147 calories), 5 cups water
Friday- 1569/2154 calories, 40 mins C25k (240 calories) 40 mins walking (145 calories), 8 cups of water
Weigh in: Lost 2.5 pounds!!0 -

Weight: SAME! Had an off week the week before for my birthday. Gained water weight but lost it all in 2 days. Upset I didn't lose any weight, but the months not over. I only have 2lbs to go to reach -10lbs this month.0 -

I definitely am!! I have reached and surpassed my August goal by 3lbs and I am soooo pumped!! It gives me even more motivation to keep on going!! (eta: I read your post wrong - and read it as is anyone going on in Sept LOL - I'm sure there will be a challenge though! )
Congrats to all of you on the burns, losses and any other awesome things you have all achieved!!!

So is our Team Captain officially gone? There was no change for me today still sitting at 144.6. In the month of August I lost 4lbs!:happy: Hopefully I can do at least 5 for next month. Hope everyone did great on the challenge.0

I've gotten so far behind. But I'm caught up on the chart -- everyone's weights and totals.
Since the last weigh in -- as a group we've lost 71.8 lbs. And the total for the whole month is......
646.55 lbs lost !!!!!
I'm so proud of you guys!!! You've all done so amazing and worked so hard.
Thanks for all the words of encouragement this past month -- it's been crazy -- it's still crazy but we're hoping to find our groove. It's been so amazing being your team captain. And I'm really looking forward to seeing what jrdoty has planned for us in September.

Happy end of August to everyone! It looks like we all did really well this month. Thank you SommerJo for all your efforts throughout the month as our Captain.
Final weigh in for me is 219. That's a 13 pound loss for the month. Woohoo!!! I never could have done this with MFP and all my friends' support. Thank you everyone.0 -

I didn't lost 10 lbs, but lost 8 which is more than I ever imagined I would. I love getting on the scale and seeing 136. Now to knock that 6 out of there!0
