Good news I lost weight!! it's not much but i'm 1,2 pounds under my starting weight!! I'm so happy. I don't do BLT's haha i eat what i eat and don't do bite's of other's hihi. I do track what i eat and log my food now and than but most times i don't but i do weigh my food so i get good portion controle.

I do log my food some days and weigh my food most days. it realy suprised how much you must eat to get 1600 calories! I could never run I did try but was in to much pain! Now that i have new running shoes i can run and i love it! I realy think you should keep your money and safe up some more so you can buy good shoes it will be worth it!

@Everyone that lost weigt Good job keep it up!! I gainded 4 pounds sinds I started this challenge!!!! I know my colitus was playing up bad and my bowels are recovering now but serieusly 4 pounds!! I think i'm gonna cry! I will start tracking my food again because something is going very wrong!!!

Wow I had a big surprice this morning i lost 3 pounds!! I do have the stomach flu for the past 3 days so i will probably have a weight gain next week but we will see. Well I gaind 2 pounds over the week and this morning went back down to 173.2 so that's still a gain of 0.2 pound! I'm Realy not happy!! 3,500 calories is a lot but I will try!! Good motivation!
