Did not see your post till now sorry for that. We got a little metal thing to open is but it is a bit to thick. My mom used a little screwdriver and that worked fine. We are both using it now! Sow far i like her a lot!

Yes the gym is not an option for me. That is why I asked which exercises are the best with the equipment that I got. I will start looking into stronglifts. I want the whole body to get stronger. I also run but I'm afraid I will lose the muscle I got and I need it for polefitness.

Wow thnx! I was going to watch a beginners class today but she asked me to join the class and i got busy with the basic moves (in my jeans and turtleneck :s). I think i will have serieus sore arms tomorrow but i love it. Will start taking classes in januari so i have this month to get some weight lifting in mij routine.…

I'm back agian! i was doing such a horrible job that i did not log my weight. I lost 0,6 pounds this week have 3 more to go to get back at the weight i was. Last time i checked in :162 CW:164.4 GW:145 Hope everyone is doing great!
