A bit late to join the thread, but I'm going for 100 running miles again and targeting 110. The calendar lays out basically 4 full weeks under the Monday-Sunday approach and then two more days at the end. But given that I take off most Monday's, this is more like a leap year February than a typical month, so definitely can't afford to miss days or slack off.
So far, 3 runs in and just short of 17 miles, but hoping to have a solid weekend to get the month off to a good start.
Biked 12+ today, but those don't count in the total although I enjoy the additional calories I can eat..Much better than staying in bed.

05SEP14 - 2.85 miles (HOT and no breeze, so not as long as I wanted, but will try again tomorrow morning)
