    I am logged into #runanywherenation for the month also: a group who are running/hiking/biking/swimming and donating a dollar for each mile to the charity of their choice. My goal for all activities for the month is 125 miles.

    9/1: ran 3.92
    9/3: ran 4.47
    9/4: bike 7.79
    9/6 ran 3.25
    9/7: ran 3.12 in the Hilo Bay 5k---and won my age division with a personal best! Woot!
    9/8: bike 8.09

    Returning to running after a short break (um, well okay...ten year break). Doing C25K and my 5k is 9/20. So my goal for the month is to complete the 5K and then proceed to the next goal...training for a half marathon. With perhaps not so long a break as last time. Good luck to all on your goals!
