  • Thank you for doing some research. I took a class last night and loved it. Lots of tucking, small movements and repetitions at the barre. I was soaked throughout and my leg muscles shook. I signed up for 3 classes a week!
  • It is a combination of pilates, weights, barre work, isometricsl...total body work out according to friends who are taking classes.
  • Whole foods has their own protein powder which I like. But someone recently told me that "all those protein powders" are really bad for you...Has anyone heard anything about this? I use it as a substitute for a meal once in awhile.
  • Based on your tatoo I would have said in your 20's. Seeing your most recent pictures I would say you look terrific, no matter what your age is! Congratulations on your weight loss!
