I have the bad habit of getting on the scales each morning, but only record once a week. I was using Wednesday as my weekly weigh in but have decided that Friday would be better, for the same reasons already mentioned. Hi, I need to lose about 50lbs, and I have a very hard time keeping my motivation as well. Once I start seeing results it seems a bit easier, but all the support here is a great help for sure. Just turned yellow, not to hard but no brown spots. If they get soft they end up as banana bread or muffins.

I use it because I can't handle much dairy. I do alternated with soy and goats milk, but really do love the almond milk. Silk Original Almond is my favorite and only 60 cals per serving.
