It really sucks how easy it is to gain the weight and how hard it is to lose...we can do this! :) I have about 103 pounds left to lose.

I LOVE ice cream and chocolate. So every night I treat myself to a Healthy Choice Fudge bar. It hits the spot every night! Only 100 calories and no added sugar!

I usually stop eating around 7 and drink a bunch of water, chew gum or brush my teeth. Chewing gum keeps your mouth busy and when I brush my teeth I don't want to eat and have to do it again...:) If your crafty make some cards or do some needlepoint to keep your mind off of food. Hope this helps! :)
