  • re cooking pancake...I put it in a small frying pan coated with pam..put a cover on it and let it cook for a few minutes...loosen the edges, use a large flipper and then "cross my fingers"..most of the time it flips over in one piece and then i cook it for just a couple of minutes more. Hope this infor helps
  • you don't cook the oatmeal, just mix all the ingredients together and cook it in a frying pan sprayed with pam. Good question though!
  • answer to question concerning the nutrition values...I checked the recipe and it says "amount per serving" and gives the values that I have quoted. I think that if you eat the whole thing, it is still a very low calorie breakfast so I hope you enjoy it.
