Scrambled eggs or any eggs for that matter would be soft enough plus this would give you a good amount of protein. Cottage cheese is another soft substantial food. Oatmeal would also fill you up. :drinker:

I didn't have a hrm but I did count it as I general cleaning since you make alot of the same motions as you would cleaning. The Exercise database has two different levels of cleaning.

As long as you feel good and are still losing I wouldn't worry about it. But if your losses have slowed you may want to try adding calories.

There is 8 oz in 1 cup. If you were to have 4 of those bottles a day you would reach your daily requirement. :drinker:

:happy: I've done my 48 min of Slim in Six workout and now I'm going to do some house work to burn some more calories and add to my workout total. Plan to work out on the treadmill later today probably after dinner. I've had 4 waters so far and it is only 11 am here. Good Luck everyone!:flowerforyou:

I have to give myself that push. If I knew I had a 5K coming up I would have to make myself set aside time to train. I get up every morning at 5 am to get my first work out done in the morning..start by getting up 1 hour earlier everyday.
