I eat about 1300 to 1500 Calories a day the most I have burned in one day is 700... I will have to build up to burning more then 1500 calories in a day and eating less them 700 will kill me.. but i do drink lots of water

Thank you all.... and yes I do drink a good amount of water ... I just started to track my food this week but I go at least 39 min cardio always the Eliptical and weights... I alternate between legs stomach and arm each day and I work out 4x a week.... thank you all for the help and it's very true I should base it on…

The best recipe for me is Blended together Frozen bananas, Vi shpae powder Silk Soy Choclate milk Almond Butter or Cookie Butter from Trader Joes.

Yes, I have also been diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri. Very scary I was told if I lost weight my chances of it clearing up is greater. So i have definityl been on a up hill battle with this weight loss. They also mentioned that it is more common in young women who are heavy.

Im On Day 3 of Level 1 with weights and I am finishing the video. I had to force myself!!!1 The jumprope and butt kicks are a killer... but Im working on it.. Cant wait to see what Level 2 is about.............. HAS ANYONE LOST WEIGHT DOING THIS OR JUST INCHES???????
