  • Did L2D7 today...didn't feel like I put all of my effort into it, I was so tired from yesterday still. My husband will be coming home soon and I have been so excited/anxious/nervous/etc that I am starting to get into an almost depressed state. Therefore, I'm sleepy all day and don't want to do a darned thing.

  • Oh god...Level 3 sounds beastly lol. Did L2D5 today....already halfway through Level 2 and it's still HARD. I am not sure I want to "graduate" to Level 3 until I can do the advanced version of ALL of the Level 2 moves and not have to take any breaks. We'll see how that goes in the next 5 days!   • I generally will eat a 300-400 calorie breakfast around 8am and then exercise at 11am...perfect timing, because then by the time I am done working out it's lunch time! :smile:

  • I haven't taken any measurements, though right now I am wearing a size 6 and small/medium tops, and by the end of the 30DS I REALLY want to be in a size 4 and x-small/small tops. They way my clothing fits is DEFINITELY going to be the proof in the pudding for me :bigsmile:
