  • Just finished L1D5...woohoo! Pushed myself HARD and burned 216 calories...at 5' 4" and 134 lbs that's my total after 27 minutes of the workout (and yes, I DO include the warm-up/cool-down)!!! I LOVE this program!!! Keep it up, shredders!!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:
