Skinny Wednesday went well here today! Didn't double my exercise, but I did double my water intake and exercised some serious willpower! I ALSO ordered the 30 Day Shred and a Polar F6 HRM (thanks for the inspiration, Sebastiansmommy!) and some hand weights. Toned up body, here I come! See you all on Saturday for the SSC :)…

I would definitely skip it...I was in your position a few weeks ago and I just skipped my weigh-in altogether that week. Then when I weighed myself the next week I felt like I had a HUGE loss, it was fun :laugh:

I have taken to running outside while visiting my in-laws (which is where I'm at now) but when I'm at home I have my 14 month old to take with me, and I HATE to push a jogging stroller. I run on the treadmill at home (my husband is deployed, so there's nobody to watch her EVER so I can go run outside, which is a bummer)…

Skinny Wednesday off to a good start so far! Just woke up (it's 7:30 am here in California) and haven't eaten breakfast yet. Weighed myself and I've lost 0.8lbs since my last weigh-in! I'm resolving to drink 4 cups of water before every meal today :) Good luck everyone!!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

I am a C25k graduate...stick with it, everybody! This program really works! I was never a runner before I started C25k and I just finished a 5k a week or so ago. I'm now running half an hour outdoors almost every day that I can get out! It's AWESOME! Good luck everyone!
