4 days down 26 to go. Last night I went out with my hubby's cousin, so my cut-off was a little later. I had a slice of "bar pizza" and finished my drink just before cut off. I tend to gorge after my little ones either go down for a nap or when they go to bed for the night.... I think it is because I don't want them seeing foods they cannot eat. 2 days down and 28 to go. I almost had ice cream last night right before bed. Cut-off is 7:30 Sunday-Thursday 9:00 on Friday and Saturday After that it is only water and an occasional crystal light (I know it has 5 calories, but it really helps me get down large amounts of water.

I feel down over the weekend... But I am back to night 1. Tonight will be night 2. Wanda I hope I can do better next month. I think I was really depressed this last month. I hardly went on the message boards at all compared to my normal self. I will make a better effort next month.

I am doing well again. sadly i had another bad night a few nights ago, but I am back to 4 nights no snacks!!!!! Now I have to work on no potato chips or snack crackers. I like Kathy Smith videos and I like to record fitTV... I love Gilad... I have around 30 hours recorded that way if I can't do it at the aired time I can do it when I have time. I also like the windsor pilates stuff. I really want to try this 30 day shred though... It sounds very hard and worthwhile.

Made through the "no late night snacking" but not all of the homework..... I guess.... same game plan for tonight.... except I will have air popper pop corn tonight without butter. (less sodium....
