I have the same HRM...found out my mfp activity estimates were way overstated, too. I was eating my exercise calories, and in turn was eating way too much. I'm losing now that I'm using the HRM numbers.

The difference to me is the *fun factor*! TJ has the music that makes you want to keep moving...and before you know it, the workout is over. With TaeBo, it's just straight drills...no fun (for me, that is) and I'm just waiting for it to end.

I'm using Chalean Extreme and love it...on week 8 of a 12 week program and already so much stronger and also seeing definition. Once I'm done with week 12, I will go into maintenance and stick with this program. Good luck!

I use Chalean Extreme, too and I began noticing results within the second week of Push phase (approximately 6 weeks from starting). That's huge for me because I have a few layers to burn off...so for someone already being small, you would most likely see definition a lot quicker. CLX's concept is to lift heavier weights…

My fav is 1/2 cup cottage cheese (2% milkfat), 1/2 cup of mandarin oranges and pineapple (non-syrup), with a teaspoon and a half of chopped walnuts....quick, easy, and yummy! I also like the wheat sandwich thins (toasted) with natural peanut butter.

I agree with you...feel the HRM is more accurate. I can lift for quite a stretch and there's no way my bodybugg numbers are accurate...since it doesn't recognize a lot of movement, the estimate is low.

I'm on my 6th week of CLX and will be adding in TF tomorrow...will be following a hybrid schedule that I found online.
