I know that we're all different; and although one may consider this message to be negative, another may perceive it to be constructive criticism. I personally think that this person's response is what I would want out of a real friend. One of my really good friends goes harder than this on me when I get down in the…

Hi Leslie ~ I'm curious. What symptoms did you experience with your sugar allergy?

Hello, my name is Julie and I'm addicted to workout videos...AND unfortunately, Walgreen's old-fashioned cherry sour candy.
-
This morning was my D3L1, also. Yeah, it was hard today, but I pushed through it. Hang in there...somewhere during the workout Jillian says it gets easier by the 5th or so workout; we'll see. Happy Shredding!

Today was my Day 2 - Level 1...I feel it in places that I've never given second thought to.
-
This morning was Day 2 - Level 1 for me...and boy am I feeling it!!! If I sit too long at my desk, I can barely move. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout...got to work off some of the pain and stiffness). Happy Shredding! Julie

-
Me either!!! I've had this workout for over a month but hesitated to start because of some of the comments being posted about how intense it is. Well, yes it is intense...but I love it! I did my first workout this morning...Level 1 and this is something that is do-able. You just have to make up your mind to get it…

Got mine from Amazon, but saw it in Walmart yesterday for $9 and some change. I'm starting today. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

I'm also a member of this group...awesome motivation!

I use a heart rate monitor (Polar FT7). My numbers from the HRM are definitely a LOT lower than the mfp numbers. I've done better with weight loss when using the HRM numbers.

Thanks for your review. Sounds like you got really good results. I will keep you posted. Thanks!
-
Are you going to start a challenge? If so, please let me know. Thanks! Julie
-
Welcome! Feel free to add me. Julie

How did you like the program and what were your results? Thanks, Julie

Too many to name them all, but here are a few: Chalean Extreme (weight training) Turbo Jam Turbo Fire Leslie Sansone Walk DVDs Insanity Zumba Supreme 90
-
Thanks for everyone's input! @Ivnascar ~ I will definitely check out those reviews...I appreciate it very much! Julie

Yes, you are absolutely correct about viewing the DVDs with or without the verbal cueing. I mentioned it because I've read several reviews where it seems to annoy some folks (doesn't bother me at all, because I'm not paying any attention to whether or not their lips are moving...Lol).

I do Chalean Extreme 3 x per week for weight training. For cardio I do Leslie Sansone's walk DVDs, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Zumba, Tony Horton's 10-minute trainer, and Insanity. I get bored easily, so I mix and match according to my mood. I hate gyms, so in-home cardio works for me. I generally workout 6 days per week…

What is bodyrock tv?

I'm due for an upgrade, too...sticking with my EVO (absolutely love it!). BTW, I received a letter in the mail stating that Sprint's Premier program will end as of 12/31/2011...the decision was made to remain competitive and keep the cost of plans low.

You should actually wash the strap in the washing machine after every 5th use (per the manual). When mine started acting up, washing the strap fixed it. HTH
