Im trying to find a exercise routine. So I was thinkingtell me your routine and that will help me....

I just bought the ufc personal trainer for xbox kinect. It is working pretty well so far and then I jog as well 3km a day at the moment.0

Mine is mostly biking and then other days I get on the treadmill walk/jog and I do the Leslie Sanstone 4 mile Walk and Biggest Loser Cardio Max (this one I have not tackled all the way through)! I don't really have a routine as I think it would be boring but maybe I need to see what others say about that! Good luck! Oh and I also workout 7 days a week for at least 45-60 minutes.0

Hi! I do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and then after work I follow the daily workouts on bodyrock,tv and get in a little more cardio. I workout 6-7 days a week0

I walk 4 miles in an hour 5 times a week. It is free, outdoors and I feel great after. I am thinking about some weight training too but haven't got there yet!0

I try to ride my bike twice a day. (HIIT, high intensity interval training.) I have a stand to make my bike a stationary bike. And I also run. (C2K) And on the days that I run I still ride. Sit ups and push ups are added almost everyday.0

Let's see: On Mondays I generally do some cardio at the gym after work because I seem to oversleep on Mondays (typically the arc trainer). Every other day of the week, I work out in the morning. Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated Spin days. On Wednesdays and Saturdays I do an Insanity workout and either a P90X workout or Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. On Fridays I either run / stair step or do an Insanity workout at home (depending on what I have to do that day and whether I feel like going to the gym or staying home). Sundays I do whatever I feel like doing, but it's usually a longer Insanity workout. I try to get some yoga in as well. I miss yoga, but I've been very focused on calorie burns lately, and yoga doesn't do that. I've got to change my perspective, because it does offer so many other advantages. Generally, I workout about 10-12 hours per week.0

Tuesday - 60 minutes high intensity cardio
Wednesday - 120 minutes weight training, focus on legs; 30 minutes light cardio
Thursday - 60 minutes weight training, focus on chest and arms; 60 minutes moderate cardio
Friday - 120 minutes weight training, focus on legs and shoulders; 30 minutes light cardio
Saturday - 60 minutes non-weight bearing core exercise, whole body; 30-60 minutes moderate cardio
Sunday - 120 minutes weight training, focus on arms, back and core; 30 minutes light cardio
My trainer switches up my program every six weeks or so, this is what we're doing right now0 -
5-6 sessions a week.... 2 or 3 bodypump, 2-3 cardio (spinning or running or high impact aerobics). This week i can only manage 4 as i'm away, so 2 weight sessions and 2 cardio.0

Well, my exercise routine is pretty much cardio all the way. I am a cardio gym junkie!
My usual workout involves a 5 min up hill walk on the treadmill (warm up), then running on the treadmill for say 20 to 30 mins (between 3.5 to 5km), then walking at an incline on the treadmill for 15 mins, with a few sprints sprinkled in. Finally, onto the elliptical trainer for 20 mins, using a interval programme, alternating between levels 10 to 16 depending on the incline.
I usually work out 5 time a week. My routine is pretty much the above although I do change the timings, levels and inclines depending on how I feel.0 -

Me a fish! I tend to hit the pool either for water aerobic or lap swimming,, when I am not in mood for water, you might find me taking one of those group sessions, boot camp, step, or body work,, all 3 are mostly free-weight sessions.0

I do Chalean Extreme 3 x per week for weight training. For cardio I do Leslie Sansone's walk DVDs, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Zumba, Tony Horton's 10-minute trainer, and Insanity. I get bored easily, so I mix and match according to my mood. I hate gyms, so in-home cardio works for me.
I generally workout 6 days per week (sometimes 7 if I don't really feel like resting). On my weight training days, I add in a 15-30 minute cardio session because I aim to workout at least 45-60 minutes per session.0 -
