Agree^^. The gym I go to is a cell phone free place, there are signs at each machine and posted all over. The focus should be on fitness and relaxation, not chatting. Also I am a server and it drives me nuts to see people out together all on their phones or I am trying to take an order and they are on their phones…

I just tried this the other day, I bought some Truvia and I love it! I used 1 pack to sweeten my hot tea and it was just enough sweet :). Definitely going to keep using it, I havent tried Stevia yet, but I will when I finish my truvia.

I recently bought a low carb, whole wheat tortilla. 81 cals per serving they are by la banderita, a great alternative to any other tortilla I have seen so far. They are also very filling I use them all the time for my breakfast burritos and low fat quesadillas
