  • i find that the Japanese i try to cook are too quick and wiry for me to get them into the pot. Plus many of them know martial arts and its just too much work. i just steam, and the stir fry sauce, it may not be authentic really, but it does satisfy that craving.

  • as long as your not eating a wicker patio set i think its really really difficult to overdo on fiber as long as your balancing with water. Your body will definately "sound the alarms" to let you know when you need to ease off.
