Thanks to everyone for their helpful replies! I don't eat processed foods or anything like that. I've cut out all of that stuff since I started getting serious about losing weight. I will definitely focus more on proteins and worry less about the sugar levels!

I started off at 163 lbs. and I have my calories set at 1460 and I've lost 13 lbs. so far. I try to include some sort of exercise daily. Even if it's just walking for an hour, which can be done easily at your local mall. I also keep an eye on my sodium intake. Hope this helps!

People can be so rude. I know how you feel when it comes to be asked if you're pregnant. I think you're a beautiful lady and I'm sorry for what you had to put up with in school.
