Hi There, I grill veggies about 5 times a week on the barbecue, I absolutely LOVE them. I have a barbecue wok that works perfect for grilling veggies. I typically use broccoli, zuchinni, onion, mushrooms and red peppers. I toss them in a bowl with a bit of EVOO and some garlic plus and presto....yummy delicious grilled…

Hi there, I have heard some on here use the saying "Eat like a King in the morning, a Prince at lunch and a Pauper at Supper" (hope I got that right) It's my underdstanding that your your biggest meal shoudl be breakfast. I try to do that, but it doesn't always work out that way. Hope that helps! :)

I definitely feel like eating more at TOM....(like NOW! :grumble: ) I have been craving sweets which is a bit unusual for me. I have managed to stay within my calorie goal and make sure I fit my daily icecream treat in at the end of the day. But like sharon sylvester suggested....excercise so you can gobble up those…

Your breakfast sounds great! Me on the other hand, I'm having the same thing I've had for approximately the last 70 days or so!!! Oatmeal...Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining...I love love love oatmeal...it's really the only thing that fills me and gets me through until my mid morning snack!! :bigsmile:
