I think to reward yourself with a pair of shoes! (buying clothes seems silly) as your body will be continually changing , payless shoes is great even a new bag. 1/2 cup granola 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt 1 slice white toast /1 tsp margarine 1 cheese slice 1 vanilla oreo When the kids are home i eat what they do just in moderation After toasting bread put cheese slice on top microwave for about 10 secounds, like having half a grilled cheese, kids love it too.

I found (coffee with creamer) that is 30 cal, works out perfect for me. I have also done Black then add milk or cream by ml used seperate. I have used that for tea and coffee. It does take a while to search ,but once found and logged in its ok.

It may just be the amount of water not the actual taste i realize that water is tasteless I am on a well, I live in the country. so no chlorine ect ect. Who elese cannot stand the taste of water by my 3rd to 4th glass, it makes me want to gag. Wish there was another way to drink water!!!!
