I know about concentration, I spend most of my time my eyes shut listening to my ipod, concentrating on the beat to keep my butt moving.... My husband sits on the couch near me watching t.v thinking im strange :laugh:

I do my cardio first.... I like to warm up my muscels then cool down slowly with my weights and strength training. :happy: Just a thought.

I did more cardio, Then only ate half my exercise calories, sorry you are having trouble, I sat for 4 weeks at zero weight loss before get over that hill, feel for you.

Well im home from Karate still felt bloated and I guess guilty from the bread so I did 20 minutes extra workout.... Feel better but still bloated, I love it when the numbers stay right. Thanks everyone who replied:love:

I have had splurge days One day on the weekend , I will have ice cream a cadbury cream egg not crazy :noway: but enjoy those things you love!!!! Those plateaus suck the really do!!! Stick with it ,change your routine a little mix up your body. totally worked for me , maybe for you as well!! :heart:

I know how you feel I was stuck for sooo long, i felt that nothing would change. Just rearrange something, Crazy but trying a totally different exercise worked changed what my body was used to and it had to work for it.. You can do it!!!

So excited overcame the plateau I was on for 4 weeks with a 3 pound loss seems like alot but thrilled!!! YEH only 6 more to go!!! For all of you stuck, stick with it!!!! It sure does, if your heart rate does go up then its a work out invest in a HRM. I have seen my daughter start taking off layers from her workout on the horse,gets off begging for a bottle of water. For sure it is ! Its an olympic sport right!!! Good luck :happy:

Quick question Do you measure pasta of anykind dry or cooked. When it cooks up it weighs alot more, rice noodles for stir fry seem to be my problem and spagettini. Do you measure it dry for the serving weight you going to eat? or wait till its cooked. Thanks:huh:
