how to beat the plateau?

i have plateaued at 6 pounds! anyone have any advise in how to jump start it back up? i have tried to change my workout routines, eating the workout calories, restricting calories, you name it. i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Your first move should never be restricting calories. Check the fat percentage and adjust that.

    well first... you just joined in February, how long has it been? :huh:
    I don't consider a stall a plateau until it's been a month or more. You just need to be patient. The last 2 weeks I had lost nothing, then yesterday BANG, I was down 2 lbs. Our bodies work mysteriously sometimes.

    If it HAS been a month or more since you stalled, try reving up your workouts. Others find it helpful to take a day off from the plan, to shock your system.

    I did more cardio,
    Then only ate half my exercise calories,
    sorry you are having trouble, I sat for 4 weeks at zero weight loss before get over that hill, feel for you.
