We are having Homemade SwissChalet take out from home!!! Salad and backed fries make a fantastic addition that evrybody enjoys. Good old Chalet sauce a must. (sauce is really not bad on calories!!)

Oh yes the horror of the CADBURY CREAM EGG HAUNTS ME EVERYTIME I AM OUT , I have gave into the craving and dealt with it in my calories..... I will be getting a couple more before the end of easter, RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!:laugh:

ughhhhh Looks like no matter how much planning im trying to put in my calories are going to be over for the day. Just thought i would write it down see if im not the only one. There is nothing like going to a bar and ordering whiskey straight up to get free drinks from the bartender!!!!!!! I here you there, who needs the juice and soda just extra calories. So glad im not the only one !!!yehh!!!! (my husband thinks im crazy)

I have an old Cindy Crawford exercise video still on VHS that I just love its about 12 years old now but it has three different workouts that are great. Now if i could find it on DVd would be awesome so I dont have to work out in front of the kids play tv downstairs!!!

Oh forgot to tell you I ate some good old chocolate this week too , also stayed in my calories but sure makes you feel guilty, but as someone replied to me "if its ok for your Cal day then consider it a treat and be happy!!!!" Feeling super guilty i ate half , the other half i hid fast away of a 50g toblerone bar, feeling stupid now took almost less then 2 minutes to eat, now the guilties forever tonight. I calculated the forbidden and stayed in my calories for the day , totally legal on my food page but terrible illegal in my mind....ughhhh…

Funny i was just thinking about hoping back on the elliptical for 20 more minutes tonight!!! Cannot see the harm in it?:bigsmile: Ate dinner stayed within calories for the day no problem but feeling overfull thought that it might help.

Trust me your not the only one.. The other day had an argument with my significant other, dealt with it with 6 oreos cookies not smart right.. but the next day is another day... Did extra workout for the guilties . you can do it just 1 step back to go forward 2...

I am on 1340 cal per day but found i can get by at 1200 cal no problem, only tried this for the last week hoping this works better for me too. Looks like we are in the same vote. I was not getting the results i wanted on 1340 cal per day, even with my 40 minute workout daily.

I have not been getting results either on the scale, but check your measurements, there could be muscle gain but overall inches lost... just a thought. but hang in there!!!

It is I started that a week ago.... Fantastic!!!!!! i use fruit flavoured low fat yougurt when i do not have fruit available.

The more you cut the more you crave, eat whole grains and watch your calories... if you have room for it in your daily cal count , dont deprive yourself, it just is not fun or a lifestyle change if you cannot put them into your daily routine. I may be wrong but just in my opinion.
