ok need some help here,
I budgeted all my calories for the day knowing I had extra, had a piece of garlic bread with my dinner, now im over in my carbs.....:grumble:
I did not buget for carbs in my head
im still under for the calories at the rest, just carbs :devil: bread
thinking After I take my son to karate an extra 20 min elliptical or am i being crazy!!!!
Man why did I do that...
Feeling like ughhhhhhh
Why did I grab that stupid piece of garlic bread ruined all my work for the day ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

If you are still under your calories, I wouldn't worry about any extra exercise. I'm sure that one piece of bread didn't double your carbs for the day! Just remember next time to check where you are if you think a macronutrient is getting close to your limit. :flowerforyou: BTW, garlic bread sounds SO good!!!!0

i weighed and measured my spagetti dinner , then thought a have just over a hundred left grab that,,,, ahh

so just skip most of the carbs tonight. lots of stuff has no
carbs.0 -
Well im home from Karate still felt bloated and I guess guilty from the bread so I did 20 minutes extra workout....
Feel better but still bloated, I love it when the numbers stay right.

it's ok to be over a bit in carbs... or fats... or proteins... It's important to work on taking them in in proper proportions but it won't hurt you to be off a bit. As long as you're doing well with your overall calorie count are you're not excessively high (or low) in any category you're ok :flowerforyou: mmmm garlic bread0
