Chang your exercise to one calorie if you don't want them added in. You are working towards a goal and if tyhe calories are there don't eat them back

I run 5 days a week. Bike 2-3 days a week. I do short runs 4 of the days and a long run on Saturday. Be sure to have good shoes to protetect your feet. Enjoy -- I love to run and bike both. I do take one day off and I usually go for a walk on that day.

follow the trainers advice. I am a trainer and have had clients loose up to 25 pounds in 6-8 weeks. Mostly it is learning hoe to eay healthy and getting your body moving. Small steps and you will reach your goal. Break it down to smaller bits amd it won't be so overwhelming. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!

Nice!!! Counting calories is a pain in the beginning but wow does it pay off. Six years ago I started my journey and took 3 years to lose 60 pounds. I have maintained for a long time by watching the calories of what I take it. You learn so much and realize what foods were literally killing you. Great job!!!!!!

sounfs like you are at the right rating. Chasing around a little on is work! Good luck and keep your activity at a positive pace

WE are cool!!!!! First time on this topoc. I firmly believe that age is just a number so I only go by how I feel. I work out hard every day. I decided at 67 to go back to school and am now a personal trainer. I Love Life!!!!

run when you can -- walk when you have to -- crawl if you must -- but finish. OR Take care of your body, it's the only place you've got to live

people join the gym and then never go. I see people come in ride the bike at about 8 mph for 15 minutes then leave. That is their workout for the day. I guess anything is better than nothing. But my fear is they go for the Big Mac special because they did just work out. I really need to get better at the sugar intake. But…

I stay active and drink lots of water. A nice walk a few hours after the marathon always helps. DO NOT sit for the day. Keep moving

How your clothes fit is primary. If you are working out you could have gained muscle. Have your BMI and body fat checked. That will tell you the true story

I try to start with protein. Eggs or some kind of meat. Seems to get my body going

AWESOME!!!!!!! You can be very proud of yourself!!!!!!

there are many websites that will help you get going. I do find that running with a group once a week helps push me to the next level. Soon you will have the 10K done and be looking at half marathons. This running thing just mushrooms. Welcome

I didn't run my first marathon till I was 60. I work out daily and you need to stay active to stay healthy. I am now a personal trainer and have 5 marathons and 18 half marathons done. I did my second TRI this year and am looking forward to more races over the years. You are never to old. Age is just a number. How you feel…

I had similar issue and went to Ortho Dr. I ended up doing one shot directly in the knee with some kind of oily stuff. I can now walk, job, run and bike without pain. Call the doctor and do not second guess.

Just be sure to watch the sugar. Do you add Kale or other greens? As long as you end up with a balance diet for the day. Too much of a good thing can cause issues.

I have a marathon in October and finished a TRI in August. I still stay at approximately 1500 calories. Sometimes I go up to 1700 but rarely

I stay at 1500 or under. I never eat back my exercise calories
