You look amazing. So proud to be your friend

We see this every January. Unfortunately the worst people aren't the newbie folks. Be understanding of new folks and offer assistance. You were new to the gym at one time too. We get set in how we work out and don't like interrupting our system BUT help others and play nice. Its only fir about six weeks but with your help…

Are you eating your exercise calories back? Did you measure yourself before starting? do that because you may be losing inches and shifting rather than weight loss. Keep going and watch the sugar and salt intake closely. It will work -- stay with it
-
Sounds about right for calories - not know your height and weight. You will burn fat doing the job and the workout. Be sure to switch up your workouts so your body does not get used to a specific action. You will do awesome

They are close and if you follow them you will be fine. I always try to be about 100 less that MFP shows just in case. I use runkeeper to log my exercise on and it transfers over. MFP shows more calories burned that runkeeper and I would rather have the calorie count lower

I stay. I log my food. and I talk to all my friends. I get new food ideas and have changed my goal to lose more weight. There is so much support on MFP and now that I have lost 65 pounds I stay to encourage others through the same journey that I went through. Logging keeps me on track. and aware so I don't start to slowly…

I don't . I feel better after exercising, I do eat some of them back but not all.

I have a client that has been Paleo for years. I don't agree with the way she eats but it works for her. She works out 3-4 hours a day, runs marathons and competes in body sculpture competitions.
-
I weighed 248 before I started my journey with MFP. I reached the first goal. so I reset for 18 more pounds, 9 pounds to go to reach my second goal weight. Slow process -- 4 years to get 60 pounds off. You have to be patient and keep working at it. Diet alone won't do it -- exercise and correct eating will help you reach…

Well I think she is extremely faster than ever before or she did not do whole marathon. Why would someone do that? check with photographers they are all along the race. She would have to show up in a few of the pictures, especially running that fast. That is about the only she could prove she faster than any race she had…

Never to old...bring it on

you are not as weak as you think you are. There are exercises on the ball and light weights that will build up your strength. Always get a doctors approval and work with a trainer that will set out a plan to improve you health and lose the weight.
-
Well all the above is informative but if you are yelling give me pills..then it sounds like an addict to me ( not saying you are just what it sounds like to someone who doesn't know you). Calm down and listen to your doctor. Back issues are highly faked just for drugs.if you have always gone to the same doctor trust them…

You have time. Must exercise along with diet to get it off.

I agree with Doug. Treadmill running is great. But a nice race every now and then will let you know how far you have come. You are a runner. Don't worry about what others think and do.. Do what is best for you. Racing is my gauge against myself to see how I have improved. Just have fun and keep up the good work.

My first marathon..I got to the car and realized I had to lift my legs to get in. I pushed to hard the first 20 miles and had to struggle to finish. I had done two 20 mile runs in training but it seemed as though I forgot my training and pushed to hard. Going up steps to take a shower when I got home..ugh.. the other…

Counting and watching what you eat is how you help yourself..not a last resort.

I don't care how long you've been married -- mean is mean!! You need to speak up and let him know to stop being a bully..then you need to do what is best for you. Eat your way, work out your way. Become the person you want to be. Bullies are that way because they lack selfconfidence and try to gain it by being mean. Push…

I head to the gym more. I aleready go there to lift weights and classes. I don't like not having the daylight to go out. But I choose to stay safe and hit the treadmill

you are using a great program. It takes you through the walk/jog/run phases. Great blog. I started being overweight in my 40's and now love to run and bike. Looking forward to great messages from you. Good luck with the running. You will get to love it -- I promise

Use a buddy if you can. I use great music that keeps a great pace moving for me. My music varies from Tina turner to country to rap. Variety is important.
