I just made mine private. I find myself looking at people's diaries less and less. when I first started out it was really helpful for me to look at what others were eating. Now I need to focus on being more accurate with my food log, so I made it private to see if that helped me.

Good advice! I would also add the one fun food a day rule. My son is on the very high end of his BMI range, so his pediatrician had us start the one fun food a day rule. This helps him feel like he still gets to eat like his friends, but has a clear boundary. It has really helped with him. Also encourage being active. Good…

Find some substitutes. Have you tried soy nuts! They are high protein and are lower in carbs. They fill my need for a crunchy snack sometimes.

Weigh and log EVERY bite that goes in your mouth. If you still don't lose weight that means you're getting more calories then you burn. Adjust accordingly. Good luck!
