Thanks. I would have finished in less than 10 minutes if I was able to drink water. that was a lot of food... This wasn't a speed run though because I purposely added volume and cals (2000+) I'm going to do another speed run with a meal just above 1200 cals, hoping to beat chris's 3:17.

I might have to do a speed run of a meal just above 1200 calories to beat 3:17 =P My first attempt I wasn't really trying for speed since it was 2k+ cals and voluminous. Lol... BTW, I fixed the video.

Nice one, Chris. Those wraps look delicious. Volume and is food choice is rather easy to conquer, but 3 minutes and 17 seconds is a NICE time.

And the vast majority of the products he does promote are BS. His show doesn't cover the BASICS of nutrition, yet goes into detail about in depth micro-nutrients in foods…
