i'm right at 5'4, starting weight almost 180, current weight 165.8 - i have started jogging, participating in 30d ab challenge and i (re)started insanity this morning. i would love to be in the 130s, but i really enjoy food. lol so i'm shooting for 145, then will re-evaluate from there.

this is exactly what i was thinking!! no one would EVER say, "um, yeah you are a fat, unhealthy slob" to an overweight person (on this site, anyway). however, the opposite is true. i read a post from a girl who has celiac disease and dropped weight like crazy and was treated as a pariah.... just goes to show that people…

i second this opinion! reminds me of a listserv i was on in college about air pollution, grandfathered in coal stacks, etc in cades cove, tn... we were all interested in improving the situation and making a difference, but it degenerated into b*tching, fighting and ridiculousness. super. :sick:

has anyone tried bell plantation's PB2? it is powder to which you add water, 53 calories for 2TBS... and there is a chocolate version. i think i just talked myself into trying it!! LOL WWW.BELLPLANTATION.COM
