I too was having that problem. I crave chocolate so bad. At the grocery store I found weight watchers had some great little treats. Triple chocolate brownie bliss, peanut butter chocolate brownie bliss and many little cakes. Also a low fat frozen yogurt bar has been doing the trick as well.

Honestly I am not sure if they are helping I am only on day 5. I can tell you that It does keep me feeling full longer and I do have more energy. I am definitely not a fitness expert so don't quote me. But I am hoping with the strength training I am doing they will help me build some muscle.
