  • I've been on myfitnesspal for about a month and I love it. Helps me be aware of how many calories I'm putting in my body. It also makes me accountable for my actions. I would like to find some friends on here that way we all have more motivation. Please friend me if your interested in helping each other.

  • I'm also in my mid 30's and trying to lose 20 lbs. I'm fresh off of vacation so it is time to get back on the wagon. I've been thinking about trying to train for a 1/2 marathon. Has anyone ever ran a half marathon?
