Diary done :) I've been doing TDEE only recently so am just getting used to it so please go easy. I haven't logged exercise as not eating the calories back as they are factored in although today I have changed that (set to my sedentary TDEE) and logging exercise as I find logging my exercise more motivational.

Mum of 2 here and I generally do a workout DVD while my 2.5 year old is eating her lunch, or otherwise occupied at an activity. I babywear (well, toddlerwear lol) and don't drive so walk lots and FAST with my 30lb toddler on my back too.

As long as you are set to the right activity level it accounts for those calories burned, so you don't eat back the calories as you've already eaten them iyswim.

Hi, I completed 30DS and am on day 3 of RI30 now. RI30 is definitely more intense (and only one level 1!) and I'm working up a good sweat whereas although 30DS was good at easing me back into exercise now I can do it without too much worry. I started eating 900 calories a day. I am 4'11". I did it for a few months and although I lost weight I was sooooooo miserable, depressed, tired, bad skin and constantly hungry. I'm a few days late in but I'm in! Week one, day one today. Just finished 30DS and ready for the next challenge :) I've also got extra strength stuff I'm doing too. Am fairly happy with my weight now (at TDEE -10% to slowly lose last 5 or so lbs) but am 'skinny fat' still despite exercising loads!

I am having problems with this too. I had 2x EMCS unfortunately so the scar I have is quite hard and rigid so *anything* just hangs over like a ledge.
