I'm 4'11"! I've gone from 130lbs to 112lbs. I'd like to get to somewhere between 98-105lbs but finding I'm grinding to a halt. I'm happy with my weight where it is but would like to lose a few safety lbs!

When I started my weight loss at the start of the year I was doing exactly the same; eating minimal amounts, exercising it off, not eating it back. Now, I did lose some weight but man, was I tired, hungry and snappy! I've been eating at TDEE with a small deficit for the last few weeks or so and the change in how much…

I appreciate what you are saying but I'm quite happy with the way I parent and how I meet my children's needs...I take on board the pre-preparing snacks though; fab idea :) The daughter I have at home with me is 2.5 years old and very independent...however, it is natural for her at that age to tire of an activity and come…

You Are Your Own Gym and also www.nerdfitness.com (his beginners body strength training) :)

I feel your pain. Although at goal weight that overhang has stubbornly remained...HOWEVER, it has substantially reduced. Strength training has definitely made the most difference for me and I am starting to see some definition in my upper stomach now...I still have skin overhang over my 2x CS scars but I'm starting to…

Wowsers!!!! Way to go! What an inspiration - and FWIW you are beautiful in all the pictures :)

Ooh goodie gumdrops, I am SUPER pleased that you can do this so perfectly. Great example. *slow clap* Now the only thing that isn't adding up in my head is how you got to the point of needing to lose weight in the first place since it COULDN'T have been through overeating or underexercising since you are clearly so…

I have a mix but I LOVE Rage Against The Machine for running :D

Absolutely not. As my children it is my job to educate them about food choices; healthy and otherwise. It is also my job to ensure they have a BALANCED DIET. Keeping tabs on eating ie calorie counting sounds very dangerous to me.

Ugh, I feel your pain! Idid Fit Test, Day 1 and then day two today I only just made it through the warm up and a bit of the cardio. It was because I was aching so much and I consider myself pretty fit too! I'm just gonna go straight ahead with Day Three tomorrow and see what I can do though...

That is an awesome story! You are doing SO well! xxxxxx

This is the one that gets me the most. As if I'm going to suddenly announce this new way of losing weight that involves absolutely no effort and works for anyone no matter their lifestyle. Ihaven't lost nearly as much as some of the super inspiring people on here but, like them, every lb lost was hard earned and I am PROUD…

I've just started - literally just done my first fit test...I wonder if I'm doing my low plank oblique correctly as found them pretty easy...probably me doing something wrong! Anyway - My stats Switch Kicks- 92 Power Jacks- 37 Power Knees- 72 Power Jumps - 30 Globe Jumps- 6 Suicide Jumps- 17 Push up jacks- 17 Low plank…

I'm not sure if you want seafood ones but a can of tuna is around 20g and I've just had a yummy salad made with tinned salmon - 32g for half the tin!

I'm a babywearing (sling!) instructor and wearing your baby in a sling is excellent yet gentle exercise helping to strengthen core and is great for all-round lovely snuggles too :)

I think this is how I feel - I'm tending to naturally have one rest day a week right now so good to know it's 'ok'! I really enjoy my exercise but sometimes I just get that feeling that I need to rest. I don't drive, have a very very busy life with my 2 little girls and walk miles and miles as part of my everyday life so I…

I did years ago but it's about 1-2" above the old scar...could it still be that though i wonder...

And realised that I could do with updating my ticker goal :D Would rather have a body fat % one now :D

I'm 4'11" and started at 130lbs, now at 114lbs. I'm eating at a 10% deficit as would like to lose some more lbs but slooooowly so I can control it. I'm just doing lots more strength training now and in it for the long haul. I don't think 98lbs is too little on some people but like others have said, it depends on if that…
