How can I add some strength training to my workouts if I don't go to a gym?

You can purchase resistance bands from a shop that sells gym equipment and also you can use your own body weight to do exercises.0 -
Get creative. Take 2ltr milk bottles fill them with water, use them as weights for example. There are lots of ideas if you google also.0
