Strength training?

How can I add some strength training to my workouts if I don't go to a gym?

    RepsnSets, how do I do that? Sorry new to strength training. I usually only do the treadmill but want to do more.

    You can purchase resistance bands from a shop that sells gym equipment and also you can use your own body weight to do exercises.

    Get creative. Take 2ltr milk bottles fill them with water, use them as weights for example. There are lots of ideas if you google also.
