Does your belly hang low? or did it?

Does it wobble to and fro? lol
I remember about 5 or 6 years ago, saying to myself "well at least it doesnt "hang over"...,
Well... 3 more kids later and it hangs over. With or without pants, I could hide a pencil under it.
I feel a little hopeless that I'll never get to the point where I can wear a pair of jeans without hiding some spillage.
If anyone has some before and after pics of their "spillage" I would love to see some motivation!
I've looked through the success stories and I love reading them but I would love to see someone who has or had the same troubles as me! I just want to know if I keep working hard it can be done!

I feel your pain. Although at goal weight that overhang has stubbornly remained...HOWEVER, it has substantially reduced. Strength training has definitely made the most difference for me and I am starting to see some definition in my upper stomach now...I still have skin overhang over my 2x CS scars but I'm starting to believe they WILL go one day! In the meantime there are control pants I have a little secret too - last saturday I performed my debut as a burlesque performer...I have never felt more alive and sexy in my own skin and my leopard print vintage style control pants made nobody any the wiser that the pooch was there0

Awesome! I had all 4 babies natrual so I can't feel the pain of having a c section scar. I just dont wanna be able to...well..,, lift my belly up.., if that makes sense.0 -
Mine does.
CSx3.
I think it's going to be one of the last things to go. It's sad, because you can feel solid muscle under the fat pooch. I think the only way it's going to go away is fat loss...and maybe I will actually get a tummy tuck. I always said none of that type of surgery unless I had done everything I could. Well, I AM now doing everything I can. If I get one, I know I will have earned it. But just in the last couple days, when I lift that pooch, things are looking even better. So there may be hope. It doesn't have to be completely flat, but...yeah, no pencil holder...0 -
I used to have it. It actually just recently started going away. It was frustrating when I was doing well on other body parts, but still had "spillage". At times, I just told myself that if I work hard enough, everything will come together. I just have to WANT it bad enough.
Good luck though!0 -
2x csections here too and could probably hide a whole pencil case under mine;) Im hoping Insanity will help banish some of it!0

Yes, that is where most of my weight is. I have a long torso, so I carried both my kids low during my pregnancies, and I am left with a lower belly. But it seems to have gone down, so I am hoping that I continue to lose that first.0

Not a lot, but enough to be frustrated. I have this band of fat around my hips. And my stomach hangs, but it doesn't hang over or on.... when I stand up (if that makes sense...?)
My problem with this is that I have a very narrow waist and the weight is coming off on my waist fast, but the part underneath my belly button and on the sides just doesn't seem to go anywhere. I've always had an hourglass shape that I loved but right now it just look ridiculous because my waist is so small...0 -
I have the "small waist, bigger hip issue"!!! As I lost, my waist and chest got smaller so hips looked bigger. Now, I am at my goal and have saggy thighs. I wear a skirt and it looks bad. Sagging skin. I only wear a bathing suit with a skirt so you don't see the saggy skin on back of thighs!!!0
