Congrats. Your hair is fab too!

Hi I used to live with someone like that too. It can be very hard but you can't really demand that they eat rice cakes just because you want to lose weight. I suppose you could try convincing him that though all the good food might not be going to his waist it's going to his arteries and try implement a health meals…

That's Brilliant. You might find you get an extra boost of motivation now to keep it under the 200. Well done!

That's brilliant. I can't get into exercise myself and keep trying and failing at the running thing. Would love to try Zumba though. Well done!

I'm 5'5. SW - 215 - CW 185. UGW - 145 Despite having lost 30 lbs (26 on MFP) I haven't gone down a dress size yet but I do feel better in myself. I don't know if other 5'5ers have similar problems with shifting dress sizes.

Looks like way more than 27lbs. Well done!!!!

Wow! Well done. I love posts like this s- they are a positive kick up the backside.

Wow - I've gone from 215 to 185 but my body doesn't look anything like yours yet. Well done. You look amazing. What height are you?

I try to be as supportive as possible on these boards. But have no time for promotion of anorexia in this fashion. I have a great amount of respect for MFP but trying to be 99 llb at 5 Ft 7 is not healthy (at 145 your bang on a normal healthy weight) and promoting that gives the site a bad name. I mean no disrespect to the…

I always have a "cheat day" at the weekends. it used to be two cheat days. I found logging everything - even the really bad stuff helps. it makes you more aware of just how bad you're being. Logging is key. I'm getting better - Instead of a whole day - I might have a bad meal....hope that helps.

That's super. I have a pair of trousers that a a watermark for loss too. Sometimes clothes are kinder than the scales.

I've lost 24 llb. I'm having the same issue. I'm still a 16 (UK). I don't know if I was deluding myself beforehand but I really thought after 2 stone that I'd go down a size. My wedding dress maker told me 14 llb would = 1 dress size. I'm quite big boned and broad hipped so I'm thinking for me - maybe 2 stone is closer to…

Incredible!

145 is my goal. My skeletal form wouldn't allow me to be less than a 12 around the hips and I like my curves so I'd be over the moon at 145.

Amazeballs! You look gorgeous. And so happy. Well done!
-
Wow. Wow. Wow. Well done.

A lot of the time the additional info (fiber/carbs/sugars) don't make sense on MFP. Might want to weigh and check that.

I'm a grocery list fiend - it's the one area I plan to a T every week. From both a diet and wallet perspective, it's a must for me. You might try what I had last night: ***Stuffed chicken Breast with Butternut Squash Salad*** 600 Calories (depending on the brands you use)- Gives a really big portion Serves 2 90g Chicken…

Wow - what a great result. Well done.
