Mine came in the post today - starting this weekend. Have to keep the running throughout so it's gonna hurt.

I'm still in the early days of running but managing 1 k at a time before I need a walking break. Never ever thought I'd get there either. Well done - you very well may have saved your own life.

I made these over the weekend. They were gloopy on day one but when they had cooled and hardened a little they are just super. I had one as an afternoon snack today - perfect! Thanks!

You didn't look 224 to begin with - you obviously carry your weight well but there's still a huge difference in how you look now. Your bum is much much smaller for a start. Well done on the loss and stop being so hard on yourself!

Thanks all - I use sea salt and very sparingly. It's just another little adjustment I guess. @kimluvsel The only processed food I eat regularly is bread & chocolate but now that you mention it I have been eating a lot more fruit and cutting down on my chocoalte so that could be it.
