Hi, I am just posting to commit to all of you and myself that I am going to stick to this plan. I currently am restricted from doing cardio, but I lost 12 pounds in less than 3 weeks just by making good choices and logging all my food intake. I am so happy to see all the results people are having. Good luck to all, including myself.
