  • I am 6'1" and I am at 213, my ideal is 195 which is the weight that is most comfortable. The Doctor likes that weight for me even though the charts tell me 180.

  • Last night I fixed spaghetti using gluten free, rice spaghetti. It tastes just like flour based pasta to my wife and I. Used prego mushroom sause with a side of 6 oz skinless and boneless grilled chicken breast.
