Depends on the mood. I have a rock mix, full of various bands from Alter Bridge to Nine Inch Nails...and a "pop/electronic" mix that includes everything from Katy Perry to The Glitch Mob. Eclectic :P

I like sexy club music. Like Trey Songz or Chris Brown. Oooh and Britney Spears has some good beats.

depends what i'm doing. if i'm going for a long run then it's The Chemical Brothers for the last hour or so. if i'm doing intervals, then The Prodigy helps me through that. for a normal jog, i just listen to whatever's on my ipod (which could be anything!). but the chems and the prodigy are my 'go to' tunes for those times that i need a boost, or need to be pacing A LOT faster.

Heart Strings - Be Still My Soul, an awesome collection of instrumental Christian music, violin and piano. Extremely soothing and uplifting at the same time.

Lou Bega, he's the guy that does Mambo No. 5. Must be the tempo because not too many other songs make me want to get up and exercise.
