I'm starting to like level 3. I'm not sure that I have my form correct on everything. For some reason, keeping my legs straight during the scissor abs and the other ab exercise where you raise and lower your legs, is hard for me. The sit ups don't seem to do much. I can do the regular sit up with no problem, so I must have…

I have been having refried beans or other beans and drinking protein shakes on days that I'm low on protein. I have also been eating peanuts. I love mexican food, so I bought some flour tortillas and I put refried beans, fajita chicken strips, low fat cheese, and salsa in them.

I am doing the same as you! I am doing all of them on my knees. I don't feel like I can do "real" ones yet. But I do know it's helping because I can lift more in the gym. Also, I'm only using 3 lb weights. I tried 5 and they just about killed me.

Don't give up! I felt the same way and I have now finished with day 5. I feel much less sore.

Keep pushing everyone! I completed day 4 and most of my soreness is gone. I honestly didn't think I'd make it this far. The pain is intense the first 3 or 4 days. I hope I am able to progress to level 2 on day 11, but I'm not so sure. I still find it hard to finish level 1. Of course, I tried to do all of it with very few…

Hi everyone! I just completed day 3 and I'm here to tell you, the soreness is almost gone today! The first 3 days I thought I was going to die. I am already feeling better about myself. Let's all do this! It's not easy, but it WILL be worth it!!!!
