In the past, I buy stuff I like and leave my favorite bag (Reese's PB Cups) for the end, just in case there's any left. lol But this year, I bought sour patch kids and other stuff I don't like.

I go over sometimes. But when I'm having a good day, I usually give myself a little cushion of 100-200 cals because I don't trust myself to not forget something or screw up a calculation.

I spend too much time on facebook. I was looking for the like button for this one.

I have a Greek Goddess costume that I wore last weekend to a couple of parties. I probably will not wear it on halloween for passing out candy or taking the kids out. I was going to, but it's gotten too cold.

We have an elaborate system of code words so we can talk about things in front of the kids. For example: play ground got shortened to PG which then got turned into "Parental Guidance," so we'll say, "Do you think we have time to go to the Parental Guidance before dinner?" and the kids won't know we're talking about the…

Yup. 20 month son and three year old daughter.

How did you get in to the doctor so fast? Most will just tell you to trust the test and make an appt for around 12 weeks.

Change it back. I agree with your lawyer--if you're ready to leave him behind and move on, then do it with your own name.

Oops. I killed the thread with a rambling non-sequitur. Sorry. :-)

Oh, yeah, I forgot one: deluding myself. Also, rationalizing. I'm a gifted rationalizer. My dream is to start a rationalization hotline where people call me and tell me a situation and I rationalize their laziness, paranoia, selfishness, etc. for them. then they feel better and they pay me for it. :-) For example: Caller:…

PETA thrives on the press. They pull outlandish stunts for the headlines. No way will they win that law suit. I'm sure they know that.

Reading, which is unfortunate since it's sedentary. I want to learn how to knit. I also love to bake. I'm starting to see my problem here. Hmm...I think I need a more active hobby.

I have a Gabriel, too. Also, a Madeleine. If I were to have another child, the name would be Phoebe for a girl and Byron for a boy.

We went to a halloween party this past weekend. I was a Greek Goddess. It was the first time I had dressed up in years. It was fun. We have several kid events this coming weekend, my daughter's halloween parade at school and then ToTing in the evening. I think I will stay home and pass out candy and my husband will take…

Go ahead and take it in the morning if it makes you feel better, but it sounds like the first one was positive. :-) Congratulations!

If you're not into health food. If you have half a brain.

Tummy. I can see and feel it getting smaller and more toned. I have a long way to go, but it's helpful when the progress is visible.

1. Physical: I like that my body is an hourglass. No matter how heavy I am, I still have a defined waist. And as I lose weight, the shape becomes more pronounced. 2. Mental: I am becoming more aware of what I put into my mouth and I am more willing to make small changes and try new things. I don't restrict anything because…

This is really disappointing! I'm sorry.

My husband was married for 8 months when he was 24. He said that he had reservations even before the marriage but still went through with it. From what I can tell they were just two very different people who made a mistake. They didn't have any kids and he moved on pretty fast. But he didn't remarry for another ten years.…

I got so fed up with losing socks that I decided to buy a lingerie bag and put all socks in there before throwing them in the washing machine. I painstakingly matched EVERY SINGLE SOCK in that bag. Guess what happened? It came out of the wash with FIVE matchless socks!!! Really?! Really?! Who or what is eating the damn…

My son. But they are still little. People tell me the tables will turn once they're teenagers. Right now, though, my son is a ball of energy and my daughter is sweet and mellow. He's a lot more work. I also burn more calories chasing him around. So there is that.

I like the first red one and the silver one.

My husband knows, but I haven't discussed it with anyone else. Talking about it just messes with my head. I don't want to make a big deal about it or have anyone else do the same. I am trying to make small, incremental changes that can become long-term habits instead of making drastic, obvious changes that I won't be able…

You can add me, too. I love having mom friends on here!

I took the kids to the nature center and walked the trail, as promised. It was the most annoying mile of my life. lol My son kept going in all different directions and it took forever. But it was lovely to be out in the sunshine.

Also, yoga! I play yoga for kids videos on youtube and we all do them together. They love it.

I think you need to lower the activity level as much as you can without completely ignoring the oldest one. Or adapt a project for the littlest one. For example, while your older two paint at the table, put the baby in the high chair and have him/her finger "paint" with chocolate pudding. Or, when baking cookies, prepare…
