What are you reading currently?
Whatcha reading? How do you like it? Would you recommend it? I am currently reading Enigma by Robert Harris, The Paris Wife by Paula McLain, The Strangers on Montagu Street by Karen White and Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak. That's a little insane for me! I started Dr. Z, but am plodding through very slowly and needed…

Doctor Zhivago?
Has anyone read it? I've just started and, I have to admit, it's kind of over my head. I want to keep going, though. I loved the movie.

Injury causing the blues?

Creative exercising
I'm looking for new ideas to work in exercise. I have young children so I normally get a lot of my workout sin by taking walks and running around with them in the yard. Those are out for now so I need other things I can do easily. So, what do you all do when your favorite workouts are off-limits?

Good morning!
How is everyone doing this morning? Any workouts planned? I am off to PT in a few. I was able to do some calisthenics last night. My goal is to try to get to the pool one day this week since walking is completely out.

I just created a group called "Injury Support" for those of us who have the added challenge of an injury. It's where we can give and get support and share ideas for continuing towards our goals.

A group for the injured?
Would anyone be interested in a group geared toward getting/staying fit while injured? I would like to start one, but fear being the only member. :-)

Just saying hi
I'm new and happy to have found you all. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have had success with Weight Watchers and exercise programs in the past. But ever since having my kids, I have found it extremely difficult to manage my weight. I feel like my weight is really getting into a danger zone and I need to…
