Sheri--How many people will you need to start?

It's losing its allure for me a little bit. Probably because I've had bad luck with some of the recipes I've tried. Just because someone has a nice camera and takes pretty pictures of the food they make, doesn't mean they know how to write a recipe.

I did well with my miles (16.75 for the week) but didn't lose any weight. I didn't gain either, though, which is good. I feel like I need to do something different but not sure what.

Global movement? I took my daughter to a princess birthday party, then the whole family went to the playground, flew a kite, and went out to dinner. And this evening I worked out. Now I'm just trying to get the strength to make it up the stairs.

I think curvy means generous breasts and hips and a small waist. So, a woman could be really tiny except in those areas or she could have some extra padding all over, but still with a defined waist.

I don't know how to post pictures, but curvy = Kate Winslet in my mind. A lovely, womanly shape.

Eating while standing up burns calories, so the calories in the food don't count. I am a gifted rationalizer. :-)
