  • Do you drink diet soda? I gave it up for about 6 months and then I started drinking it again and immediately broke out. I tested the theory a few times and yep, diet soda makes me break out.
  • I'm doing it now. The only thing i'm really missing is cheese and cereal. I just started to really follow it last week. I'll let you know how it goes.
