They actually have vitamins specifically for hair, skin & nails for non-pregnant people. Prenatal vitamins are like a double dose for you & the baby :)

Appreciate the feedback everyone! (especially those who have experienced this) I never knew people actually use energy drinks to enhance their workouts. That just sounds risky. I'm not trying to make my heart explode...

It doesn't give me the jitters or anything, but it's just the fact that it increases blood flow & gives me an adrenaline rush. (which also occurs naturally during a workout) I'll probably just wait until the 5 hours has passed unless I speak to a professional just to be safe. Thanks for the feedback!
