I once saw on a different post the mention of "BLT"....That being "Bites, Licks and Tastes".....I try to stop myself by thinking "BLT, BLT, BLT" that does help....before, most of the time I didn't even realize I was eating all that stuff......and try logging it for a week you will be surprized at how much it adds up…

I weigh myself daily and chart the results(I have a spreadsheet and track my exercise and have a space for notes for each day)....I can see the trends (if I eat pizza, the next day I'm up, but I know what it is from and how to get it back off)... LOTS of people will tell you not to weigh everyday, but do what is best for…

I'm very interested in the responses to this because I have the same problem.....weekends are weak ends for me....seems that I have no will power and gain all that I lost in the last week..... I'm trying to break the cycle and just get through a week end with out gaining.....even maintaining would be a plus at this…
